Resolution on Homeopathy
Liga Medicorum Homeopathica Internationalis*
A. Homeopathy is a medical system and is defined by the application of the principles - the principle of similars being the leading one - and procedures as described by its founder Samuel Hahnemann in his Organon of the Medical Art.
B. Homeopathy seeks to be the global platform where a fruitful community discussion takes place to ensure the further development of homeopathy.
C. The LMHI unites all physicians, veterinarians, dentists and pharmacists with a full medical, veterinary, dental or pharmaceutical qualification of a State University (or any other licensing authority duly recognized by the government of the country in which they practice) and who have had special education in homeopathy.
D. Homeopathy is unique and is clearly distinguished from other branches of medicine such as homotoxicology, anthroposophic medicine, herbal medicine, etc.
The purpose of the resolution is to provide a brief statement of the LMHI stand on homeopathy to facilitate membership at the broadest possibility and to assist colleagues in some countries where they are faced with problems and challenges.

- each student elaborates during his homeopathic education a thesis about a monograph according to the criteria of the International Compendium,
- a link between the LMHI web page and “pharmacy” will be installed,
- only finished projects should be accessible for the public on the Internet (in a preliminary state a password could be given to interested professionals),
